Forms for Lampshades
Patterns numbered with a ‘T’ at the end refer to an actual Tiffany Design.  Patterns with a “K” suffix are kits that include either brass filigrees or castings to complete your lamp in the most authentic manner.
 

Sectional Cast Brass Branches

These intertwined brass branches are similar to the castings on the original Tiffany lamps. The brass branches replace several hundred small glass pieces.

These intertwined brass branches are similar to the castings on the original Tiffany lamps. The brass branches replace several hundred small glass pieces.  Branches have a realistic sculpted tree-like surface ready to clean, tin and install. They are easy to solder together and solder to the glass pieces. A 1.25” diameter brass washer comes with each pattern packet.

Glassheaded Pins

Pins are necessary in the WordenSystem™.  They will not melt if touched by the hot solder or tip.  They are placed between the seams to hold the growing glass sections in place.  40 pieces/wheel.

Brass Dragonfly Wing Filigrees
Tiffany studios used similar filigree on their original lamps. This
filigree is etched brass approximately 3mil. thick. Easy to tin,

WOODEN SUPPORT DISKS for
FULL FORM LAMP LAMPLEVELER™


A plywood disk with a 3/8” center hole.  The disk fits inside, up underneath a full mold or a lamp after the sections have been pulled together and is held in place on a 3/8” diameter threaded rod attached to the center of the fixturing head.  A washer is placed on top of the full mold or the lamp shade and secured with a knurled nut on the threaded rod.  Use with # 340 Form and Lamp Fixturing Head or
the Full Form LampLeveler #330. When selecting the diameter of the disk, be sure to pick a disk that is a larger diameter than the nominal size lamp you are assembling. If you are doing a 16” lamp, use the 18” disk!
